Returns & Exchanges

At Mokhtar Ibrahim, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below and contact us if you have any questions.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Items received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. b. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved. They will also assist with providing a return shipping label, if applicable. c. Securely package your item, including all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation. d. Clearly write the RMA number on the package and affix the provided return shipping label, if applicable. e. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in processing your order.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return instructions outlined in section 3. Once we receive your returned item and your request is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. International Returns & Exchanges
For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that you may be responsible for additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes associated with international returns and exchanges.
